memandangkan harini takde keje yang urgent sangat-sangat
kita nak kongsi sesuatu yang menyihatkan tubuh badan..
asyik cerita pasal personal jek, bosan dah korang kan..
hehe..
sape tak suke minum jus sila angkat tangan..
kita rasa jaranglah orang tak suka minum jus kan..
sebab selain menyihatkan, jus jugak menyegarkan badan dan tekak..
tapi janganlah bila buat just tu taruk pewarna atau gula bergantang..
jadi tak menyihatkan la pulak dah gitu kan..
huhu..
last month kita ada pegi satu hotel ni..
dia ada bagi brochure ni untuk resipi-resipi jus yang bagus sebenarnya..
kita rasa rugi kalau tak kongsi dengan korang..
manatau nanti kalau korang teringin nak buat jus,
boleh try salah satu resipi ni okeh..
siap kita bagi dia punya kebaikan lagi ni..
bagi mengekalkan makna yang sebenar..
kita kongsi in english la eh..

tapi kang takut lain sikit maknanya..kihkih..

kalo letak banyak-banyak nanti pedor pulak lidah tu kan..
takpun, tak lalu nak telan..
tapi kalo larat nak telan, apa salahnya..
hehe..
macam kombinasi no 10 tu, kita nasihatkan pada yang preggy
tak yahlah try..
nanti keguguran pulak..sebab tajam kan nanas, lemon and orange tu..
takut kalau rahim jenis lemah, tak dapat tahan..dah kes lain pulak..
tapi kalo rahim kuat pun, tak payahlah try..
kita tak nak bertanggungjawab di kemudian hari..huhu..
oklah..

kita serious rasa nak try kombinasi 3, 4 or 8..
yang lain tu macam tak berminat lagi..
sebab rasa tekak macam tak mampu nak terima..hihihi

sekarang ni saya selalu buat jus. Tapi guna blender je. antara jus saya selalu buat

Sebab guna blender je, jadi takdelah buat jus apel, ke carot ke sebab serat dia. Padahal ada je juice extracter. tapi malas nak basuh lepas guna.
Wah, macam menarik gak combination tu n mcm sedap jek..bestnye ade juice extractor tu, kite nak beli tak terbeli2 lg..tggu org bg adiah kawen jela..hehe
